Ehua Fashion is a women’s fashion boutique based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, specializing in contemporary East Asian-inspired apparel including Korean and Chinese womenswear. We operate both an in-store boutique and an online store at ehuafashion.com.

Made-to-Order Items: Some items in our collection may be made-to-order or custom-produced. For such items, production typically requires 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once an order for a made-to-order item enters the production phase, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. Please review all details — including size, color, and design — carefully before finalizing your order.
Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all order details (size selection, color choice, shipping address) provided at checkout. Ehua Fashion cannot be held liable for errors in customer-provided information.

Section 4 – Product Accuracy & Variations

We make every effort to display our products’ colors, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following inherent limitations:

Color Display: Screen settings, monitor calibration, and display technology vary between devices. We cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will be 100% identical to the physical product. Minor color variations are not considered defects.
Fabric & Textile Variations: Natural variations in fabric texture, weave, and dye lots may occur between production batches. These are normal characteristics of quality textiles and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Print Variations: For printed garments, slight variations in print placement, color saturation, and ink density are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects unless they materially differ from the product description or listing images.
Sizing: Sizing may vary between different styles and manufacturers. We strongly recommend consulting the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order.

Currency: All prices on our website are displayed and charged in USD (United States Dollars).
Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included in the listed price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price that will be charged for your order.
No Hidden Fees: The total amount you will be charged — including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs — will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. We do not add undisclosed charges after checkout.

Domestic U.S. standard shipping takes an estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $99.00 or more.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Ehua Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, customs procedures, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Section 7 – Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Key points to note:

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Ehua Fashion covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or size-exchange returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, with an additional 3–7 business days for bank processing.
Certain items — including jewelry, intimate apparel, and final-sale items — are not eligible for return.
