Ehua Fashion offers contemporary East Asian-inspired apparel and accessories. We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, descriptions, sizes, and pricing accurately. However, colors may appear differently because of individual screen settings, lighting, fabric dye lots, or photographic conditions. Minor variations that do not materially change a product from its description are not considered defects.

Many garments and accessories are sourced from different designers and manufacturers. Fit, measurements, and sizing may vary by style. Please read the product description and size information on each product page before ordering. Our Size Guide is a general reference; product-specific measurements should take priority where available.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue an item, adjust a product description, or correct an error at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer a reasonable resolution, which may include a replacement option, store credit by agreement, or a refund to the original payment method.

Some items may be identified as made-to-order, personalized, limited quantity, or final sale on the product page. The product-page disclosure will apply to those items, including any additional processing time or return restriction.

6. Orders, Pricing & Account Information

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or modify an order for a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, pricing or product-description errors, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or a violation of these Terms.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable tax, shipping costs, and other disclosed charges are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. We do not add undisclosed fees after checkout. If an item has an incorrect price because of a technical, administrative, or typographical error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

By placing an order, you authorize Ehua Fashion and our secure payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes. Payment must be successfully authorized before we process an order.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs, address verification, and other events outside our control.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other credentials. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@ehuafashion.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Ehua Fashion is not responsible for loss or damage caused by your failure to protect account credentials. We may suspend or close an account that contains inaccurate information, is used fraudulently, or violates these Terms.

10. Reviews, Feedback & Other Submissions

If you submit a review, comment, image, suggestion, question, or other content to Ehua Fashion, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You may not submit false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.

By submitting non-confidential feedback, you grant Ehua Fashion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute the submission in connection with our business, including on the Site and social channels. We may remove or decline to publish a submission at our discretion.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, and Payment Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Ehua Fashion regarding your use of the Site and the purchase of products.

If a product page or checkout page states a specific condition that applies to a particular product or promotion, that specific disclosure will apply to that product or promotion to the extent permitted by law.
