This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases — both within the United States and internationally.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Before your order ships, it goes through an inspection and packaging process at our fulfillment location.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. A separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Important: All delivery timeframes listed on this page represent estimated transit times and begin after the processing period is completed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, or other factors outside our control.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)
We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $99.00 or more at checkout — no coupon code required.

Estimated transit time begins after the 1–3 business day processing period. Total estimated delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + transit time (5–10 business days).
3. International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and package weight.
- Estimated Transit Time: 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.
- Shipping Carriers: We work with trusted international logistics partners including DHL Express, Australia Post, Canada Post, and regional last-mile delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely.
- Tracking Visibility: International tracking is provided for all orders. However, tracking visibility may become limited once the package is transferred to a local delivery partner in your country. We recommend checking your carrier’s local website for the most up-to-date status.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- Any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient) and vary significantly by country and product type.
- We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order to understand any applicable fees.
- Ehua Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.
4. Shipping Carriers
Depending on your delivery destination and product availability, your order may be shipped by one or more of the following trusted carriers:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ehuafashion.com.
6. Shipment Origin
To maximize fulfillment efficiency and delivery speed, orders may be dispatched from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability and your shipping destination. Your order may ship from our Pittsburgh, PA boutique location or from one of our fulfillment partners. The shipment origin will be clearly identified in your shipping confirmation email.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Single Delivery Address: Each order can only be shipped to one delivery address. If you need items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes within the United States, primarily via USPS.
- APO/FPO Military Addresses: Delivery to military addresses may not be available for all products or carriers. Please contact us at support@ehuafashion.com before placing your order to confirm availability.
- In-Store Local Pickup: Local pickup is available at our Pittsburgh boutique. Please select this option at checkout or contact us in advance to arrange a pickup time.
8. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. Your address must include:
- Full recipient name
- Complete street address (including apartment, suite, or unit number if applicable)
- City, State, and ZIP code
- Country
- Phone number (used by the carrier for delivery coordination only)
Ehua Fashion is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
9. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our direct control, including:
- Severe weather events or natural disasters
- Carrier operational delays or strikes
- Customs inspections or import clearance procedures (international orders)
- High shipping volumes during peak seasons (e.g., holidays)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
- U.S. or destination-country public holidays
If your domestic order has not arrived within 15 business days of the dispatch date, or your international order has not arrived within 30 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us immediately at support@ehuafashion.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package.
10. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged in transit or the item is defective, please take the following steps immediately:
- Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the outer packaging (including any visible damage to the box or envelope) and the item itself from multiple angles, before discarding any materials.
- Contact Us Within 48 Hours of Delivery: Email support@ehuafashion.com or call +1 (406) 282-3339 with your order number and the photos attached. Reporting within 48 hours is required to file a carrier claim.
- Retain All Packaging: Do not discard the original packaging or materials until our team has confirmed the claim process is complete, as the carrier may require them for inspection.
- Resolution: We will work with you to arrange a replacement item or a full refund. For items damaged due to carrier negligence, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf at no cost to you.
11. Taxes & VAT
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and local tax regulations.
- International Orders: Product prices and shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include import duties, VAT, or other destination-country taxes unless explicitly stated. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the local customs authority or carrier upon delivery.
