This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and fully transparent so you always know exactly what to expect when shopping with us — whether in our Pittsburgh boutique or online. 1. Return Eligibility & Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (for online orders) or the date of purchase (for in-store purchases). To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.
- All original tags are still attached and original packaging is intact.
- You can provide proof of purchase (original receipt, packing slip, or digital order confirmation email).
- The return request is initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery or purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry, hair accessories, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags or outside the 30-day return window.
- Gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us First: Email support@ehuafashion.com or call +1 (406) 282-3339 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached and include your proof of purchase inside the parcel.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address below. For standard returns (change of mind, size issues), we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you assume responsibility for the item until it is received by us.
- Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 1–5 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Who covers return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

4. Refund Processing & Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Here is what to expect:
- Inspection Period: Please allow 1–5 business days after we receive your return for our team to inspect the item and verify its condition.
- Refund Issuance: Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used at checkout.
- Bank Processing Time: After we issue the refund, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. This timeline is outside of our control.
- In-Store Cash Purchases: Refunds for cash purchases made in-store will be issued as store credit or via an agreed alternative electronic payment method.
Total maximum refund timeline: Up to 12 business days from the date we receive your return.
5. Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Please review our cancellation terms:
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
- How to Cancel: Contact us immediately at support@ehuafashion.com or call +1 (406) 282-3339 with your order number and the subject line “ORDER CANCELLATION.”
- After 24 Hours: Once an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, please wait to receive the item and then follow our standard return process outlined above.
6. Product Exchanges
Due to our frequently rotating inventory, we do not offer direct product-for-product exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend the following process:
- Initiate a return for the original item following the steps in Section 2.
- Once your return is approved and the refund is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
If the return is the result of a confirmed manufacturer defect or our fulfillment error, we will first attempt to ship you a replacement item at no additional cost. If the exact item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued immediately.
7. Vintage & Pre-Owned Item Policy
Ehua Fashion occasionally carries vintage and pre-owned garments. These items may show minor signs of age, gentle wear, or natural patina that are inherent to their history and character. Such characteristics are not considered defects unless they are materially different from what is described or shown in the product listing. We strongly encourage all customers to read product descriptions and review all photos carefully before purchasing vintage items. All vintage item sales are final unless the item significantly misrepresents its described condition.
