- Currency: All transactions on our website are processed in USD (United States Dollars). If you are located outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and fees at their own discretion. Ehua Fashion is not responsible for any currency conversion charges.
- Full Payment Required at Checkout: We require full payment at the time of checkout before an order can be submitted and processed. We do not offer payment plans, installment options, or deferred payment arrangements at this time.
- Order Processing: Your order will only enter processing and fulfillment after successful payment authorization and confirmation. No order will be dispatched until payment has been fully approved.
- No Hidden Charges: The total amount you will be charged — including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs — is clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order. No additional charges will be applied after your order is placed.

- Taxes & Fees: Applicable sales taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. You will have the opportunity to review the complete order total prior to finalizing payment.
- Order Confirmation Email: After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, a list of items purchased, the total amount charged (itemized by product, shipping, and tax), and your estimated delivery date. Please retain this email as your receipt.
- International Orders: For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, customs fees, and VAT are not included in the checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient). These charges are collected by the destination country’s customs authority or carrier upon delivery.

Key points regarding refunds:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method or as cash.
- Once a refund is processed on our end, please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. This timeline is outside of our control.
- For in-store cash purchases, refunds will be issued as store credit or via an agreed alternative electronic payment method.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

9. Subscription & Recurring Payments
If you have enrolled in any subscription or recurring payment service offered by Ehua Fashion, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the specified billing schedule. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.
