1. Currency & Payment Terms

All prices on ehuafashion.com are displayed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or fee. Any such conversion cost is set by your financial institution and is not controlled by Ehua Fashion.

Full payment is required at checkout before an order can be submitted for processing. We do not offer installment plans, deferred payments, or financing unless an option is clearly presented by an authorized payment provider during checkout.

No hidden charges: Before you place an order, the checkout page displays the total amount due, including product price, applicable shipping charges, sales tax where required, and any other disclosed charge. We do not add undisclosed fees after your order is submitted.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods listed below through our secure checkout. Available methods may vary based on your location, device, browser, and payment provider availability.

3. Payment Authorization & Order Processing

When you select “Place Order,” “Complete Order,” or a similar checkout button, you authorize Ehua Fashion and our payment processors to verify and charge your chosen payment method for the full order total.

Authorization: Your payment provider may place an authorization hold to verify that sufficient funds are available.
Charge: The payment is collected once your order is successfully submitted, subject to payment verification and fraud review.
Order confirmation: After a successful order submission, we will send an order confirmation email containing your order number, items purchased, and the total amount charged or authorized.
Failed payment: If a payment is declined, fails authorization, or cannot be verified, the order may not be completed. You may be asked to try another payment method or contact your bank or payment provider.

4. Payment Security & Data Protection

Protecting payment information is important to us. Our checkout uses secure, encrypted connections and third-party payment providers that are responsible for processing payment credentials.

SSL/TLS encryption: Information sent between your browser and our Site is protected through HTTPS/SSL encryption.
Secure payment processing: Payment credentials are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers, such as PayPal and/or the card-payment provider enabled on our checkout.
No full card data stored: Ehua Fashion does not store your full credit card number, expiration date, or CVV code on its servers. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment confirmation and the last four digits of a card, for customer support and recordkeeping.
Fraud prevention: Payment providers and Ehua Fashion may use reasonable fraud-prevention measures to help identify unauthorized transactions.

5. Taxes, Shipping Charges & Pricing

For U.S. orders, sales tax is calculated at checkout when required by applicable law and is shown as a separate line item before you complete your purchase. Shipping charges are also shown before you submit payment. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees are generally not included in the checkout total unless expressly stated otherwise. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We work to keep prices accurate. However, if a product price or promotion is listed incorrectly due to a technical, typographical, or administrative error, Ehua Fashion may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. If this occurs, we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

6. Payment Review & Fraud Prevention

Some orders may be flagged for review to protect customers and help prevent unauthorized transactions. Common reasons include a mismatch between billing and shipping details, unusual purchase patterns, or a request from the payment provider.

If an order requires verification, we may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at checkout. Review normally takes 24–48 business hours. If payment cannot be verified within a reasonable period, we may cancel the order and refund any completed charge to the original payment method.

Please ensure that your billing address exactly matches the address associated with your selected payment method. Incorrect or incomplete billing details may cause delays or payment declines.

7. Refunds & Credits

Eligibility for a refund is governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. We cannot issue a refund to another card, account, or payment method.

After we process an approved refund, please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds. The exact posting time is determined by your financial institution.

If you do not recognize a charge, believe that an amount is incorrect, or have a problem with checkout, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Many concerns can be resolved quickly by reviewing the order, shipping, or refund status.
